Positions List:
Preconstruction Manager
The Preconstruction Manager manages all aspects of project creation once a bid has been awarded. This includes assuring bid estimates are correct, providing preliminary schedules, producing a clear scope of work, preparing analysis and reports for estimation and project management, and considering potential project risk factors. The person on this role must be detail orientated, quick to provide solutions, and able to navigate interoffice and client relationships.
Glazing Foreman
A Forman Glazier is an individual who works with all types of glass, installation of aluminum and steel framing, external facades and internal installation. This individual is a mentor and leader to their team, while also participating in the daily installation process. They are tasked with overseeing several jobsites, managing scheduling, foreseeing risk, directing critical jobsite milestones and ensuring safety standards are met.
Glazier (Salinas, Monterey, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield)
A Glazier is an individual who works with all types of glass, installation of aluminum and steel framing, external facades and internal installation.
Fabricator
As a Fabricator you will work closely with our Fabrication Foreman to cut materials and assemble aluminum framing in support of commercial projects of varying sizes in our Fabrication facility. You will ensure all product is fabricated to both the manufacturers and the company’s specifications within a timely manner. You will also perform other production duties including, moving materials by hand or with equipment, inventory of stock materials and communicating with other departments regarding fabrication timelines.
Project Manager
Our Project Managers play a critical role in our successful operation. Through rigorous pre-planning, they ensure that projects are performed safely, with high quality and profitably. Successful project managers will effectively pre-plan and communicate with key parties including customers, vendors, AGI fabrication and field teams and other subcontractors to coordinate labor, material and equipment to ensure successful installations. Successful installations are defined by the projects ultimate Safety, Quality and Profitability. This position offers excellent opportunities for advancement as well as ongoing training and continuing education.
